A man in Wales today was given a 6 month suspended sentance for being a pedophile, he downloaded 250 child porn photo's from his computer, and the Judge said he was no threat to society, so sent him home. The man said 'He was suprised to be watching TV tonight at home with his WIFE'

Our jails are to full with Illegal immigrants that the Home Office, wrote a letter to all Judges and has said 'If the crime is not to serious, and the criminal not a threat to society he can have a suspended sentence' I would have thought all crime is a threat to our society, and the old saying 'commit the crime do the time' should always stand.

My Husband works for the Home Office, transporting Prisoners around the Country, he said it is getting harder and harder to house them, as the Prisons have lock outs after a certain time, and they then have to find a place at the Police Station over night. It is all becoming madness.

I feel as do many, if you are found to be an Illegal, don't send to jail for 6 - 18 months just put them on the next boat back, from whence they came.

They have found that sending back does not work, they just turn around and come back. Now they are putting them in jail for a few months. This has been working. The illigals trying to come across has been reduced. This was on nTV about a month ago.
As far as the pedophile, Give him 30 days, nuts nailed to a stump in front of the courthouse, Don,t need to overtax those jails.

Unfortunately, I know a lady whose husband went to prison recently for child porn on his computer. He took his PC to be repaired and the technicians there found thousands of pictures on his hard drive. I don't know if she knew anything about it, but how could she not? Your computer in your home??? I don't think she missed a day from work. I don't know if she is really brave or really stupid.

As for this man being no threat to society, I am betting the judge would feel differently if there were a picture of his daughter or grandaughter on there.

My Husband took a Pedo, to prison yesterday and there was no room for him there, he had to wait to see if they could find him a place somewhere else, when they couldn't they had to let him go on a tag.
