Knowing how to calve/feed multiple births

What experience have you had with calving and feeding multiple births? What are some tips and tricks? Are multiple births a good thing? Should I cull the cow that calved twins? Is there any new technology that is helping with this situation? Any advice would be helpful, thanks.
