A couple of rains at the right time, especially after 10 ton of chicken liter was spread on this pasture. We still need more, but it's better than last year so far.

Thanks for the comment about my bull, he may not be the best but I have seen worse posted on here and one thing for sure he does work well on heifers with low BW calves.

Thanks, you do know he is what I bred those 2 heifers I purchased from you.

I am looking forward to how the calves turn out, the 2 heifers are growing like crazy now that I have them on good pasture and they have calmed down a lot. I make it a habit to ride around them every day on my 4 wheeler and they will let me ride up close to them now and don't run off.

I may sell the bull this winter, he will be 3 in December. I have several straws to his half brother.
