Does anyone feed bi-product from there Kentucky distilleries? I saw this morning that they will have zero production of bourbon this coming year ''2026''. I would guess they were a fair sized grain user.

That was not my intent. I intended that tariffs have consequences. They are a regressive tax on Americans and cost jobs.

Heard the farmers were buying old septic trucks to transport and dispense the spent grain.

A feller can't even make a liven boot leggin now. I guess there is still some demand for good shine.

The export mkt is shaky now with off and on tariffs. The way I understand it tax is paid as soon as it is produced and not when it is sold.

All of the distillers have a fortune tied up in taxes and product while it sets in the barrel house.
