i need to know the average hieght for a heifer 14 months old and how high at the shoulder she should be i may be using her for 4-h and would like to find out if she is tall eough right now she is 46.5 inches tall and born mar 26 i believe 2005

Jerseys may be different, but hip height is the standard for beef cattle height measurement.
