Dang Japanese Beetles
these big green monsters are everywhere
went out to pick the sweet corn and there were 30 on an ear - devoured 1/2 the ear

they fly into the barn and sound like someone threw a rock

since they are grubs and I don't want to spray the yard and the pastures (and the neighbors pastures) I think we are stuck with them

Try the Japaneese Beetle traps. I had good luck with them when I lived in Georgia.
