Ivermectin O.D. Risk

I dewormed my cattle this morning with the recommended dose of Ivomec 1% injectable. But, I had one that it looks like most of it leaked out (a slightly bloody mix). Should I not worry about it, or is it safe to give another injection and maybe be above the recommendation?

FYI When They done the original work with Ivermectin they gave doses of 40 or 50 times the recommended dosage with out any side effects. If my memory serves me right.
