Funny how the first cool snap gets ya, and by the end of the winter it seems warm.

Woke up to 58 degrees here in....
my house this morning. About 34 outside. I refuse to turn the heat on until November 1st no matter what. My wife isn't thrilled about this particular quirk of mine by the way.

We got to a high of 33 today. I was wearing shorts on Tuesday and then blamo ,wet and cold. No snow yet, but it is forecasted. The Fall has been gorgeous so far, sad to see it go.

weve had 2 or 3 mornings with temps in the 40s.we just run the heat to get the chill out in the mornings.

We are coming off of three straight days of rain. Had some high winds as well so most of the "color" is gone. We had a freeze a couple nights ago. Daytime temps over the last few days have been in the 60s. This morning, 55 and drizzling just enough to be annoying.

36* this morning....so on with my coat to go out and feed. Supposed to warm up to mid-60s, which is right where I like it. For some reason, I dread seeing 19* on the thermometer. It always takes me about 2-3 days of that to adjust and then I'm okay. Hate having to wear gloves since I have to take them off to actually do anything! Guess I'd better get used to this now that it's almost November!
