My heiffer took AI on June 29th I am figuring on April 1 or thereabouts for the calfing date. Am I correct?
Also, when should I breed her again--I was thinking about june or July. She is a Holstein.
 
April 7th or 8th is the due date but they can be a week early or late so better to be prepared than not especially with a first calver.

You can breed her back on her second heat.I can't remember if you are milking her or if you are going to just let her raise her calf.If you are milking her it will depend a lot on her production as to how easily she breeds back.But make sure you give her at least one heat to clean before you AI her again.

Just curious but what Holstein semen did you AI her to ?
