Iomate 100

Has any ever used, or had experience with Iomate 100? I have a 2 year old cow that was injured during breeding (I think, I did not actually witness the activity). Had the vet out, check her feet, they were okay, he thinks the injury is in her stifle region, kind of hard to tell the way she is walking. Anyways, had someone say they used Iomate 100 before, on a stifle injury, and said it worked like a charm. Any one know anything about it?
