The Auburn Bull Test is having an open house tomorrow (Sat) at 10:00 A.M. at the bull test station on Shug Jordan Pkwy. There will a bull selection seminar and judging (not show) discussion with lunch at 12:00.

After that a seminar with some new revelations on ridding fire ants is scheduled.

If you are interested in participating just show up.

One topic not allowed. CAB. There will be lots of angus breeders there. :lol:

Thanks for the invite; it's a bit far to drive, though.

I'll bet CAB will be on the minds of some of the buyers, though. How many of them will ignore the chance to make a "whopping" $27 per head premium on their calves? :lol:

25, when you make fun of a $27 per head premium, it's obvious you're not in the cattle business. So why should anyone in the cattle business (or wanting to get in the cattle business) pay attention to anything you say?

You make fun of CAB's "only" 2% share of the US beef market, but name one (1) other branded beef program that owns a percentage of the US beef market. Montana Range Piedmontese Beef sure doesn't.

I know that many of the readers of the Cattle Today Boards watches the Western movies on Satelite TV. OK. There is a guy that plays a low life typical outlaw, the kind that would shoot you in the back because he doesn't have enough guts to get close enough to stab you. Anyhow he has made his living as one of the sorriest of low lifes. He played in several of John Wayne's movies. He played in the John Wayne movie; I think the title was The Little Cowboys. It was a movie where John Wayne took a group of teenage and pre teenage boys on a cattle drive. This guys name is Bruce Dern, and he was trying to get close enough to steal all the cattle from John Wayne and his Little Cowboys. He and John Wayne got in a fight and when he seen that he was getting whipped by a man about 40 yrs. older than himself he pulls a pistol. Well, he shots John Wayne in the leg and elsewhere. Well Bruce Dern wins the fight with his pistols against fist's but I understand after the movie was aired and he went home to where ever he lives that he couldn't even go out in his front yard because the neighbors and general public was ready to attack him.
Anyhow this guest25 reminds me a lot like this Bruce Dern. Does he remind any of the rest of you of him?

I responded to Mike's invitation, including his little nudge on CAB, with a little nudge on CAB back to him.

It's obvious that Guest 25 is following me around, looking for an argument. I'm ignoring him as much as I can. I have a thick skin and he doesn't bother me.

But if his de-railing every thread that I post in bothers you guys, PM Macon and complain. I think that may be the only way to stop it. I don't intend to voluntarily stop posting comments when threads interest me.

Well guess what. This thread is about an invitation to Auburn. The only reference I see to CAB is the notation that it would not be dicussed. I don't believe that was an invitation for you to come in and steal the thread and start again with your rantings. Yor fanatical raving puts you on about the same level as a radical Islamic suicide bomber. As far as I can see your only goal is to generally disrupt and intrude on others.
