We received a questioneer from our Insurance Carrier, PERS/Blue Cross/Blue Shield. After Thirty years of coverage they requested a Certified copy of our Marriage Certificate. Makes us wonder what the he!! is up their sleeve?

As in, its probably something they are now 'mandated' to do.
