Dear Tech support,

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a
distinct slowdown in overall system performance, particularly in the flower
and jewelry application which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as
Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5 and then installed undesirable
programs such as NBA 5.9, NFL 3.0 and Golf Clubs4.1. Conversation 8.0 no
longer runs, Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system. I've tried
running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.

What can I do?

Signed,
Desperate

......

DEAR DESPERATE,

First keep in mind Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband
1.0 is an operating system. Please enter command:

Ithoughtyoulovedme.html

and try to download Tears 6.2 and don't forget to install the Guilt 3.0
update.

If the application works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically
run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

But remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to
default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Beer 6.1. Please note that
Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Snoring Loudly Beta.

Whatever you do, DO NOT install Mother-in-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the
background that will eventually seize control of all your system
resources).

Also do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend 5.0 program. These are
unsupported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory
and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying
additional software to improve memory and performance. We recommend Cooking
3.0 and Hot Lingerie 7.7.

Good Luck,
Tech Support

It doesn't get any better with husband 2.0, either.

Didn't he bake you a cake one time? what else could you possibly want?

I don't think many women could answer such a tough question.

(Lammie, go go back and sit in the corner now. :lol2: )

Joegee, Lammie probably has all of them full already.

That cracks me up! It is so right on the money. Valerie, I think that is your best post so far.

Now, the good people at tech support might have warned the dear lady not to install Mother in Law 1.0, but they totally threw her under the bus by not warning her about Beer Belly 4.0, Harley Craving 1.0 and a few others, too.

Maybe Wife 1.0 requires more memory and doesn't run as well as Girlfriend 5.0 which causes a data compatibility problem with Husband 1.0???

It seems to me that you need to get past about revision 20 on both Husband and Wife programs to get the file structure sorted out. The problem is many systems crash about revision 7.0...

I think it's because of equipment issues... the hard drive suddenly turns into a floppy disk!!

I am told that hard drives last longer if they are turned on and kept running...

 If not one can always reformat the hard-drive....

I have never had the conviction to install Husband 1.0 - would this be considered an upgrade? :P
I am more than happy with Boyfriend 5.0, nice amount of Ram (more than I need), compatability, speed etc. I am scared if I do install Husband 1.0 it will cause all kinds of viruses and malware

I do appreciate the fact that both programs have the ability to take instructions, I just am not sure if the output is always the same though.

Actually the Husband program is actually very stable if you get the right version and figure out the early file compatibility issues. I think a key to this program is to reboot often.

And for some reason Wife version 30.0 and higher actually runs a lot better than the earlier versions... Boyfriend and Girlfriend are not supported after about version 5.0 or so...

Better quit here before my wife reads this thread.

Wife 2.0 is wonderful. I'm not even going to get started on 1.0 version cause there is no comparison.
Jo my 1.0 version was a complete virus with no cure.
