How many of ya'll are using this or a similar product; We are using it this year and the incidence of respiratory and ear infections is virtually nil. Last year between me and my cow manager we were treating 5 or 6 a day out of 160 calves.

I've used it for two years buying pairs at the sale,hitting the calves with it and then working the calves and dumping them out on the mountain. I've been really pleased with how well those calves have handled that much stress.

Use it on both calves and purchased stockers. Great product. Works fantastic in conjunction with Bov Gold to cover the BRD in higher risk cattle for the 10-14 days it takes for Bov Gold or similar to start to work.

- I herd of people using it on new born winter calves. We calve on grass and don't have a problem.
- I herd at KSU that folks use it before turn out to reduce summer pneumonia. We don't have that problem either.
- I have used it on incoming calves. It is a bitch in the cold due to freezing, and does not seem to last, but I think it works well along with another injectable booster.

Using it for the first time this year on pasture and then follow with bovi shield gold 5 at weaning like we normally do. Talked to some vets who have said this gives a strong memory response.

We started using inforce 3 and calf guard last year. Seems to be a good product. Hope it works well for ya.

We use InForce-3 as the first round of viral vaccines in our pre-weaning vaccination program. Administer a Pasteurella/Mannheimia bacterin/toxoid at the same time, then booster with a mlv injectible 10-14 days later.

We rarely have any respiratory disease - think I've treated 3 calves in the last 15 years - but I like the InForce product as the first round in our resp. vac program.

We give all the baby calves Inforce 3 one time when they are between 1-8 weeks old and mlv at 5-6 months.
