I have a hesston 5600 round baler that goes through tires like crazy. The right tire keeps blowing. I went through a tire and three tubes last season, and this season I blew the first tube, then bought a used tire with rim already mounted from a local dealer, and just blew that one.
Does anyone have ideas for permanent fixes?
My uncles use that flat repair slime in their trailer tires and swear by it. Has any one used it in a tube tire?

Most larger tire stores which handle lots of industrial tires can pump the tire full of a gel which sits up solid like a soft rubber. This would keep the tire from going flat. I have seen them use the gel in forklift and tractor tires. You could stick a 1,000 nails in a tire and it wouldn't make a difference.

Is it the heat from the baler or weight of baler which is causing the problems?

With just one side having problems, I wonder if you don't have a bent axle/hub mount causing it to run out of line with the baler and tractor.
