20 out of 24 with no issues yet, I'm lucky so far, but this drought is killing us. No rain for over 40 days and none in sight.

Last update was 5 weeks ago. How'd you make out with the other 4 heifers?

All ok, very successful. Only had one that I had any problem with, calf rolled down a hill while trying to get up, rolled under the fence and into a briar patch. Them little jokers are hard to get back up a hill when they're all slimy.

Rolling down the hill like that, and since this year is "D" ... maybe that one gets named Demolition Derby!
