Mr. Escamilla probably truly thought there was nothing illegal in his endeavor. He was merely trying to further the gringo's culinary availability to experience a Mexican cultural dish.
Those are not illegal when viewed in that aspect..they're just ..............'Undocumented Fajitas'.
There's all kinds of crap goings on in the food service sector....read this yesterday from a number of different sources. A Calif eatery has been buying chicken from Popeyes, then presenting and serving it as their own (at greatly increased prices)
