I heard the same thing only it was a phone bill.

Someone arround here was charged thousands of $$ for a water bill. Lawn sere and brown,no swiming pool--- PTBs finealy figgered out they'd made an error.
Anyhow,all the more reason not to smoke or have a credit card. :lol2:
