We worked some cows and palpated 20 head that I had a Hereford bull covering them. Everyone was pregnant which is what I figured just by watching how the cows acted. But it's nice to know for sure. We never saw him breed a single cow, and saw him only courting a couple. All our other bulls have been exhibitionist. With our Angus bull there's no doubt who he's courting, he's relentless on the poor cow.

I've had him up by the house in plain sight the majority of the time. Hook I think I have this picture posting figured out. We're on our way to Louisiana as I'm typing. Planning on a fishing thread next week if all goes well.

Then you must go thru Montgomery to 65 then mobile. Have a safe trip and catch lots of fish.

We leased a Hereford bull one year and every cow came up bred, same thing as yours though, never saw one bred.

Our Gelbvieh was pretty private about his affairs, but after a while I started to get better at picking up less than evident signs..

Current bull I saw him with every cow first time around, and so far 1 heifer, 1 first timer, and 1 second timer have come back into heat... about half way through the second cycle... Thsi time in the first cycle there were 8 cows in heat in 3 days, so he was pretty busy!
