How's things going to change in the ranking next Tuesday?

1. Alabama beat a div. 2A cupcake. May not hurt Bama, but it sure won't help.

2. Oregon handled Colorado with no problem.

3. FSU once again beat a team (Boston college) in the last minutes, (last second field goal) to win. Little or no game control.

4. MSU is up on Vandy at half 37-0

5. TCU had a bye

6. Ohio st. over Indiana easy

Do you see anyone moving? Maybe FSU for all their come from behind wins. Doubt Bama will move but what a waste of a week a bye may have been better.

Been gone all day doing some plumbing & elec for my sister, so I didn't see any games and am still looking at the scores. Below top 4 will change for sure. Going only by the scores I see...
FSU/Bostin College game went about like I expected it to-another ho-hum game.
Ohio St (41-27 win) may (and should) move past TCU (bye). I can't see Baylor moving up but it's possible they will follow OhioSt up one notch--they are way up on OkSt early 4th qtr.
#8 Ole Miss should drop on their 0-30 upset loss to the Razorpigs--probably get jumped by UCLA, Georgia, and Mich St assuming UCLA holds on to win strong over USC .
Tuesday night, if every thing goes as it is right now, I think it will be:

1 Oregon
2 Alabama
3 Mississippi St
4 FSU
5 Ohio St
6 TCU
7 Baylor
8 UCLA
9 Georgia
10 Michigan St

Might be a surprise or 2 in there tho--depends on how hard the committee judges things and how much stomach they have for it.

(oh--the other undefeated team in the AP top 25 (Marshall 11-0) beat their opponent UAB (5-6) by 5 points. 23-18.) :D

The Hogs last two wins have been very impressive, sure didn't see today's win coming that way.

UCLA is taking it to USC, they should move up. Plus they are they are the only team in the pac 12 south that controls their own fate. They still have to get by Stanford next week then the Duck in the pac championship. But with 2 losses they are out of the bracket chances.

Colorado has a football team! I learn something new all the time on here.

Miss State

Alabama

Oregon

FSU

Seriously I don't think the top 4 will change from last week.

Yup, but more importantly, I was sure impressed with the SEC scheduling this week. So late in the season and 6 team took a trip to the bakery ......again.

UCLA is moving up after Texas thumps TCU....:)
I think that is going to be a much better game than the won/loss records indicate. I will really be surprised if TCU rolls over UT as easily as they have other teams.

FSU will be lucky to stay in the top 4. But just to stay undefeated is something I guess. The only team in the playoffs they could beat is the Ducks, maybe. Hopefully they'll turn it up a notch, but I'm not sure they can. Ole Miss sure got a good whipping.

Ducks
Bama
Noles
Bulldogs

Noles will stay in top 4 . They are still the only undefeated team
Bamer loses that quality win over olemiss because the hogs stuck it to the rebels.

Bama or ms only has one more week in the top 4 .

Ole Miss beat Alabama. Alabama's quality win was against Miss State who beat Vanderbilt 51-0 last night.

Talk about losing a quality win, what about FSU's quality win over Notre Dame? ND has lost 3 in a row and 4 of thier last 5.

Highgrit, this is a honest question because the ducks have played most of their big win games with kick off at 7 or 7:30 pm west coast time. I know I wouldn't (couldn't) see a game that started at 10:30 pm my time. For all the dislike you have for the duck I'm asking if you have seen them play much this year. As far as beating FSU, or any other final four prospect, they have a long road to go. They should get by the Beavers next week but it is the in state rivalry game, never know. Ducks have already clinch the PAC 12 north, but UCLA is on fire right now, they tore up a decent USC yesterday. They need to get by a so so Stanford next week and then we face them in the PAC 12 championship. They are not the same UCLA the Ducks beat in LA earlier this season. FSU or anyone else is still a long way off.

no doubt about quality of wins. Right now its just speculation as to strength of opponents. Arkansas proved that. All a team has to do is make the 4. And if FSU makes it I will speculate the 2 nd half will be excellent.

When the last team standing hoist the trophy no one will care how bad they beat a division 2 school in the season.
