Anybody ever fed any of this hominey plant pelleted waste? We have been getting it from a guy and finished a few hogs with it, meat tastes just as if we had used ground straigh corn. Fed some to heifers last winter and they stayed looking good all winter. Decided to buy some by t/t load. But before I did was wondering if anyone has used it, if so did you have any moisture gathering problems with it?

I wish I could use BOTH the citrus pulp and the hominy feed.
When I checked into them-- hauling made them too costly(both are bulky).
I hadn't heard about any pelleted sources of either-- I would like to know more if you care to share. Hauling$ would be better with them being pelleted.

As far as storage-- I never read anything about there being storage problems with loose hominy feed. As with any feed there is a freshness issue after awhile.
