Hoff Limited Edition sons top sale.

Hoff Limited Edition sons topped the Raff Angus sale here in Australia last week at $32,000. Limited Edition is one of the beefiest Angus bulls that I have seen come out of the US. The Raff family have become very critical of cattle breeders over use of figures and breeders not looking at the structure of the animal. I totally agree with them as do so many other breeders. A saddening trend here, is breeders not weighing their calves at birth but can then give you a full set of figures down the track. Can't see how this is honest.

I have to agree with Colin. Hoff Limited Edition is about as beefy as they come. His sons and daughters carry his beefy traits. Hfrs are real feminine and the bulls are very masculine. As a rule there are no calving problems.

One Half interest will be selling in the Hoff Dispersion on Oct 16 or 17.

Does he reside at Wagon Wheel? The big bull they had out front last year is a hoss. I figured it was him! Good bull LA

That was First Edition. He's at Wagon Wheel when he's not at Rocky Mountain Sire Services for collection. We'll have to put him there soon for quarantine to ship semen out of the US.
Limited Edition resided at Hoff's.

Hopefully we can have him on display at the National Western again this year.
