Hey Alice, I dont know if you remember but I PMed you about this time last year about a bottle kid with persistent scours that didnt seem to respond to any sort of treatment (she wasnt at all ill with it).

Well, nothing did work and I suppose I got used to it and eventually I guess she stopped and I cant even remember when. Anyway.

She kidded about a month ago, two buck kids, all by herself (I didnt even realise she was kidding that morning). My baby has her own babies now

Number 1 found the milk

Number 2 is looking at the wrong end

Yes, Keren, I do remember that. It's those babies that are determined to live, that want to live, that do live, no matter what, that definitely steal our hearts. I have one of those calves who's now a mother cow, who's own "baby" is 6 months old, and looking good.

Thanks for the update, and especially for the pictures. Mom and kids look wonderful, especially knowing what it took for Mom to still be here. :heart:
