That is the reason why I posted it. I am shocked. Two things standout in my mind. The Katrina hurricane help they gave and the natural gas price plummet. There could be some type of investment shenanigans also but no word.

They could have an illegal immigration issue also. I know we have a plant in Juarez across the border which had 2000 murders so far this year.
