I am thinking state bailout from Texas since California was turned down by the Feds. If you read the numbers, they are almost twice as worse off per citizen as the State of California.

That is the reason why I posted it. I am shocked. Two things standout in my mind. The Katrina hurricane help they gave and the natural gas price plummet. There could be some type of investment shenanigans also but no word.
