He's pretty good, very fat, but good. Poorest trait is his eyes, eyeset is poor and I prefer them a bit harder with more bone, but still a very good bull.

I thought he was a little fat and wondered about muscle. Fat could be hiding it. Eye set is one of the traits I am trying to learn about. Tell me what makes his poor?
 
His eyes are not hooded with very little eye brow, lashes not pointing downwards and eyeballs protruding making them more susceptible to injury and irritation from grass seedheads.

Do you have a picture of a hereford with excellent eye set?
 
Can anyone tell me where/who the freckles came from? In all my early Hereford books I have yet to see a pic of an animal with them.

Bull looks decent.
