Bull Calf out of a Hereford cow#31 born in the barn jan 26th during the
Biggest snowstorm of the year.
At 8pm 31 cow was already inn the barn stall and she had a big bag that had not broken,
went went back up to the house, At 830 deb walked to the barn and the calf was already born.
Mama cleaning calf.
Calf had trouble getting its legs under him.I haltered cow and got kicked trying to milk her.
couple hours later Deb wanted to take the calf to the porch at the house and warm it up
she bundled up with the calf and at 230AM the calf jumped to life kicken its heals.
First time up
I picked up the calf and walked him down to the barn where mama was ready.
We got to bed at 3AM, by the next morning the calf was walking around the stall with #31 Mama.
Vet gave me MUSE and Deb gave the shot.
Today everything looks good.
