Help Settle an Arguement

Can anyone help me settle an arguement with my Dad...what are some of the symptoms of ITEME...or where can I look to find some good info on a bunch of diseases and treatments and such..cause I noticed this disease board on the main page is missing some.....But yah help me prove my Dad wrong!!

Thanks Milk Maid that site was great..and I hate to say it but we were both right in regarding different parts of the problem...so neither me nor my Dad really won this arguement...but next time I know I will get him!
