Help, marinate for lamb!

What is everybody's favorite marinate or recipe for lamb chops, or leg of lamb?

Just brought home our first lamb from the butcher, we have a few cuts left after giving a bunch away to family for x-mas.

Riblets?

steak (front shoulder)

grind

chops

Johnny was 6 mo. old and hung at 47# (hot wt)
