Help Identifying a Cattle Sickness...

Doing some research for a government project. I've got some facts about a certain bovine sickness and could use some help identifying the sickness and its cure/vaccine. Thank you.

-Causes foaming at the mouth
-Originated in Costa Rica
-Causes death within 2 days
-Caused by eating worms off the ground

Did some preliminary searches but have gotten almost nothing. Thanks again.
