2222-
In order to make the opportunity really equal - could we see a picture of both the sire and dam? It might make it easier to anticipate the potential of the new bull. Looks pretty good at 3 days!

Ah-HA-a-a-a-h! Those 'working' clothes look like New Jeans, New Red plaid shirt, and a shiny new sllver belt buckle! Even a new Silver Belly Hat to go with it!

I really like the cow, good to see milk like that while the cow still have a good hindquarter and muscling. What is her breeding?

rock - 2222- :?: a "Silver Belly" hat is a Western Felt Dress Hat that is worn from November 1 until May 1. There are many improvisations of it, including embellishments such as Peacock Feathers, Silver Hat bands, Gold Braid Hat Bands, Braided Leather, a 9" or 10" Eagle Feather, or a Red Tail Hawk Feather angling back at a jaunty angle!! etc., etc., etc. The Accepted colors are Silver Belly, Black, Tan (not often) and Brown. Mine is Brown, with a 1.5" wild Peacock interlaced feather Hat Band, and a Peacock 4" Flair directly in front above the 1.5" band. Looks good!

Called the local "Western Store", they had just sold the last one, DANG IT! :)

Really nice looking cow! after some of the talk here about Remitall-Victor crosses I'm glad to see one. I wish I had some more cows with udders closer to your cow.

I really like the bull, but will agree I would like to see him not fitted up. If you don't mind how is he bred?

Thanks,
Alan

Alan, 2nd picture down in the post above is the same bull in pasture condition. His dam is a old WTK bred female, thats the herd that Deshazer in Texes purchased when they decided to go "big time" with Herefords. The sire is one of their bulls, who is a Keynote 20X son.
