heavy clearning has started

well the pipeline clearing crew moved in here wed a week ago to start brush clearing.they brought in 2 big trachoes a dozer an big JD track tractor.they are using the trackhoes to pull the trees up buy the roots an clear the ground.theyve got a pile of dirt about 75ft tall or taller.they are cutting any oak trees into firewood an stacking it off to the side.dont know when they are going to move to the main farm an start clearing.an dont know how close they are to laying the pipeline.

dont worry TT their check cleared very nicely an without probs.we wasnt worried about their check.
 
I hope you have specified in writing the condition your property will be returned to.. Of course at this point it is to late. You really need to be there when they start to respread your topsoil. On this I speak with authority, stayed in a ten year fight with Williams pipeline over this issue. I won in the long run, but their were many times when I wanted to throw in the towel. Good Luck.

don worry this isnt the 1st big pipeline going accross our place.we have everything put in the contract.plus extra damages an cost we incurr from while they are working here.we already have a big pipeline they are going beside.an they know they have to work around cattle in the pasture.
