Headgate woo's

[Triple L]

I found a headgate that needs work, it's made by Wadler MFG in Galena KS. . I was wondering if anyone has one of these headgates and or a manual that would show me what I'm missing to make it work correctly. THe model number is 103, and i believe the MGF is now making car wash items....
