hay rake hydraulic

One side on our hay rake takes a really long time to rise. I don't have a lot of experience with hydraulics, so what do yall think is the most likely problem (bad cylinder, trash in lines, etc.)?

A kink or smashed area in the hose or a bad cylinder

IF it is not a kink or something there are also different size orfaces that go in the line alot of times. They look like nickels or something... bigger the hole faster it moves... smaller the hole the slower it moves.
