Have a Sheep Problem

The sheep haven't been out for about one week now. Have held back from calling the Sheriff. However, I have taken a closer look at his operation. He has about 35 to 40 ewes (most with kids) on about six acres. The pasture is divided into three paddocks and he tries to rotate the sheep through each one for a couple of weeks at a time. It appears he has hog and cattle panels along the interior fences to keep the sheep out of his Father's row crop ground. But the fence along the road (between us) is just an old three foot high sagging woven wire with two to three barb wire strands above and one hot wire running on the inside. Wish he would put some cattle panels on the road fence line. It appears he makes a much better effort keeping the sheep out of his Dad's crops than off my property.
