I used to sell cars for a short--didn't like it -I'm not a car guy. But I did learn that some makes (Chevy?) of cars and I'm not sure about trucks, actually increase the volume of the radio automatically as the speed increases, to accommodate the excess road noise. Cheaper than sound proofing, I guess!!

You can adjust it or tuen it off altogether. Its a nice feature on my diesel but I turn it off on our yukon.

Think I got it fixed when you turn the ignition key it works a rod into an electrical box lining up contacts.
Blew out all the contacts and it hasn't done it since we will see
