Happy Nurse's week to all the nurses out there on the board. Thanks for all you do. It is no small task in this day and age!

Every time I go where their are nurses and caregivers , I think how lucky we are to have people who care for others, It is calling that only a special few can do or will do. The Same for volunteer fire people and ems. Also law enforcement.

I've always heard stories of nurses who were bytches from he77....I can honestly say I don't think I've ever even talked to a nurse who was not professional, informed, caring and doing a great job. I did feel sorry for one once who had a hard time finding a vein. Just told her it wasn't hurting me...keep trying. She finally hit it and you could hear her exhale for a hundred yards. Must have been holding her breath forever. Have 3 in my family that I am very proud of. One went back to nursing school when she was over 40, got her degree, passed the state exam and received her license
