That is the ham. It does not look as red as most I see. It has a different taste than most salt cured but not too bad. I prefer the real deal. I actually have low range blood pressure so should not be a problem. Mike is a good guy but he likes to tell stories so I don't believe the story on doctors wanting the recipe.

But its still red and not grey so he is using a cure either directly or indirectly. Jury is still out on those sandals. :lol2:
