There again.. Ted Nugent is right on defending our rights! I have always believed that whatever the police have to defend themselves against criminals, WE as law abiding citizens should be able to own also ( IE.. AK guns, etc.) whether it is to go hunting, OR defend ourselves too!

No matter how the govt., or the media wants to spin it, the constitution was written to protect the people from the government.
Period.
Not an instrument to control the populace.
Gun ownership was not a protected right only that people could hunt, although that is a right as well to citizens of the Republic.
Can't squash religion, just can't have government sponsored religion.
Freedom of speech whether you agree or disagree with the powers that be.
Etc.
Seems pretty straight forward to me.

Sometimes I feel like I'm living in an alternate universe from where i came from.
 
Someone should remind Piers we took this country away from him over a couple hundred years ago because of their oppressive laws. This much later, he should go and stop telling us we are wrong.
