Grazing Wheat and Farm Programs

Does anyone know the rules for grazing wheat and still being eligible from farm bill payments?
Also how do you sign up for these farm programs for the first time?

To sign up go to the local USDA-FSA office

Have not grazed out any wheat for several years so don't know the rules

The FSA folks can explain them to you

Don't really know for sure. But my understanding is that they wouldn't care. But you are required to have an insurance policy on the wheat in order to be in the program. That is where the problem would lay, grazing out on a crop that is insured. Surely there is a waiver on the ins,prob if you pay the prem and sign off on any claims on the wheat.
