Govt Foreclosures Website

Foreclosures are filed with the County they are in, there isn't a government website for them as such unless it is a HUD property. The County Public Trustee deals with foreclosures and deeds of trust.

Work with a bank, realtor and do a lot of your own research before hand.

Now you got me wondering what the site was that I posted.

Thanks, I should have known that. I was just being lazy and hoping it was on the e-net . :)
My job is to locate and evaluate the land, the other part goes to lawyer. ;-) I am just a slave to the man.

Realtytrac.com is a foreclosure database but is a subscription website, some realtor websites also have foreclosure information for your area, some County Public Trustees also have websites with foreclosure but there isn't a national government database for all foreclosures since they are an issue between a bank and the county public trustee.

Does some one know the govt website that lists the foreclosures? I lost it and searching the e-net just bring up junk.

If it's in your county it should be posted on the bulletin board there as well.

That site was for IRS seized property auctions, different than bank foreclosures.
I must have misread his question. Then again after he thanked you I assume he may have asked the wrong question.
