Took me 2 years to get rid of the weeds that we brought in the one time we used chicken litter. I'm not positive it's the same where you are but I'm pretty sure chicken litter is chicken litter. Here it helps tremendously with the phosphorus levels and with the PH. It also adds organic matter. We can only use it for about 3-5 years and then we have to swap to commercial for a while. They are learning how to charge for it also. Gotten up to around $100/ac for 2 tons/acre spread. I plan to use a good bit next year. The neighbors don't particularly like it :hide:
