gooseneck adapter for tractor

Anyone know a device I can use to hook my gooseneck trailer up to my tractor?

Dad and a local welder fixed up a 'device' to pull our gooseneck trailer that is a lot simpler. If you like I can take a picture tomorrow and post it. Oops, just remembered we have a kubota with a quick hitch and that is what this attachement fits on. Sorry.

Just put your 3 pt. bale spear on the tractor. Get a ball, a bolt, couple pieces of scrap metal and a piece of 12 inch long pipe that will slide over the spear.

Weld the ball to the round side of the pipe closer to one end than the other. Drill a hole below the ball and thread it out to fit the big bolt you have. Weld a couple "ears" on the pipe to catch the frame of the 3 pt. spear to keep it from spinning at in-opportune time.
Then when you need the ball for the trailer...slip the pipe onto the bale spear tighten the bolt and away you go.

I took a 2 5/16 ball and cut the threaded shank off, then set the flat surface on top of a 3pt bale spear just behind the top link, and welded it there. The spear sticks out the back but your gooseneck will have more than enough room to clear it, plus this way its one less thing to keep up with-keep it simple.
