Good translator app?

Is there a decent free translator app for IPad out there anyone know of? So I can read another language from a forum in another country in English.

You could copy and paste to Google. I would be a pain but it would probably work. Ive used it several times at work. Just google english to whatever language and it should take you to the translator.

I connect to a few foreign website and if I am doing that I like Google Chrome. When I am on the computer all I have to do is right click and choose translate to English.

Should have that capability with a smart phone too?
