I gotta read that. My Dad was a crop duster, just for the fun of it. He'd do anything to fly.

There was a fellow by the name of "Doc Willie" that new this guy. Doc lived a bit east of El Paso and was big into Pawnee's. We did a lot of work for doc in the late 80's.

Pawnees never were big here. At least not in my lifetime.
AgCats were it till the first turbine showed up.
Back in the day the flying services here could pay off a brand new "cat" quicker than a cat could lick it's azz.
Had a friend die is a dam Cessna Agwagon. They were a death trap. He had a better plane coming too. Was just starting out. August thermal's got him over Crowleys ridge. Ran out of air. The ridge is bad about that here.
