Do they need to be slicker haired for your country-I've iused my Lad bull on some brahmaX cattle up here.

don't care about hair. I want good eyes and pigmentation. I HATE pink eye. I want thick, deep, and cows that keep their conditioning.

The old bull himself wintered on straight hay-I think he'd work pretty well for what you are looking for-his name is F-R 552 Lad 20P and there is sewmen down in the U'S on him. We breed pretty much all our heifers and straight black cows to him-I bought him on the soundness of his dam and to breeed angus heifers too.
