I am being sued by the dairy farmer that lives in the holler below my hilltop farm. The kids have raised a watermelon patch and have done extreamly well with it. The wind got up the other day and blew one off the hill. It rolled down the hill and hit the corner of his milk barn and drounded 4 of his best milk cows. Can anyone suggest a lawyer that will take my case?

First I would check to see if the barn was built to "Watermelonproof Specifications". You may be able to countersue the engineer and builder of the barn and be able to buy your watermelons from now own.

Source; My Attorney: Willie Cheatham.

Ctlbrn, like to refer you to a great local Firm...
Dewey, Screwum, and Howe. You'll be able to file a Countersuit and have your own Private Label Milk on the shelves by Noon Friday.

I would recommend using the firm that represented my ex-wife. We, Cheat'em, and Howe. With them working for you ownership of the dairy would just be the first step.

You do know why they bury Lawyers 7 foot in the ground don't you?

Because deep down they are good people...

Well, I think the case is defensible. Let's see, Judge you know I had them watermelons almost ready to pick. That night I remember hearing a strange noise sort of like moo-thump, moo-thump, then I heard a loud crash. Now I can't prove it and that is why I haven't counter sued but I suspect that one of those cows came up here last night a tried to steal one of those watermelon. She must have slipped and rolled down the hill hence the moo-thump, moo-thump I heard that night. Now your honor, I don't feel I should be held responsible for this act of thievery that was beyond my control. Those other three wouldn't have drowned either if they hadn't been assigned as look outs. Why that big ol thieving cow must of tumbled down that hill cascading into that big water tank thereby causing it to rupture which then fell right on those other three watch out cows. Now your honor, assuming that the watermelon did in fact play a part in this unfortunate mishap, there is absolutely no proof to demonstrate exactly how that there melon came to be amongst those poor unfortunate floating, bloated, drowned cows. One other thing your honor, should the plaintiff decide to cross examine me, I don't recall a thing about any of this. Yo honor, I rest my case.

Oh, I see how it is. Ya'll don't believe we grow watermelons like that in Tennessee? Well don't ask about our pumpkin crop last year.

Come on now, I've always heard they don't bury lawyers, they just screw them into the ground.

Well I for one do believe you. Did the entire holler flood?
Would it be ok if a friend of mine and I came to sit and watch for an event in your pumpkin patch on a certain night? Friends name is C. Brown. He has a long eared dog, but its a good dog and want chase your cows.

New Lawyer down the road "Letmee, Deckem and Dickem I hear they dam good = = Distruction of a Championship Watermeleon, (did the cows eat seeds) Feed, Stolen seeds - Dickem has an undercove man - Lay Erdown that knows how to spread the case out and get deep into it - he is a slippery dude - -but with all that flooding he may need his rubbers
