Getting calves up

I was just seeing how everyone gets there calves in the lot. I feed the cows inside the lot and hope the calves follow them in and then run all the cows and calves you don't want up out of the corral. It seems like there should be a simpler way. I've heard of some people using a creep panel on their corral and feeding calves inside and have gate to close some how. Just looking for ideas

I've used the creep panel and it works very well.
