Good video. He didn't do it by himself, but Mick Colvin helped change the entire beef industry. So I'd say he deserves this honor.

In my openion they were better cattle in those days. They were the cattle that the Angus breed built their reputation on. I would be willing to bet that a lot more of those cattle would meet CAB specs than the Angus of today (percentage wise). Back then we did not have EPD's we relied on carcass evaluation and a good eye.
