Game Wardens vs Poachers

I thought about this one after reading about Leroy and the Rich Man....

This Poacher was caught with a hog out of season.....

This local Game Warden opted to let this poacher slide...

I admit I don't know much about 'gators, seeing how we don't have many up here in the Land of Lincoln. Is that gator's tail shorter than it should be? I looks like to me he lost part of it at some point.
