How long do your fuel pumps run on your diesels when you start the truck? We read it should only run about 9 seconds and ours runs at least 30 seconds-
 
Initial pressurizing with key on engine off should only be about 10 seconds. Once started they run constant. That's why there's a return line
 
I posted my problem on a Ford site, so far they have suggested things we have already done to fix it, maybe the fuel pump was a bad one we put on there, anymore a person can't fix their own truck-
